You may cancel your service agreement with Topservices at any time. However, cancellation terms vary based on the stage of development:

• Before Project Start: Full refund minus any processing fees
• During Planning Phase: 75% refund of paid amount
• During Development Phase: Refund prorated based on completed work
• After Project Completion: No refund available

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact Topservices at info@topservices.world with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

• Completed and delivered website projects
• Third-party services and licenses purchased on your behalf
• Domain name registrations
• Hosting services that have been activated
• Custom work that has been implemented and approved

Service Modifications

If you need to modify your project scope after work has begun, Topservices will provide a revised quote. Additional work may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and approved before implementation.

Quality Assurance

Before project completion, you will have the opportunity to review and request revisions. Topservices provides revision rounds as specified in your service agreement. If you are unsatisfied with the final product after all revisions, please contact us to discuss options.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, we encourage you to contact Topservices first. We will work with you to resolve any issues amicably. Most concerns can be addressed through communication and revisions.

Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client feedback response time. Delays caused by client-side factors, such as delayed content submission or feedback, may extend the project timeline without affecting the service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment and project completion, ownership of the custom website code and design will transfer to you, subject to any third-party licenses. Until full payment is received, Topservices retains ownership of all work products.
